Bill Cox, Executive Director
Bill, a Colorado native, resides in the city of Arvada with his beloved wife of over three decades. A seasoned leader, Bill has been at the helm of Altec AIR in Broomfield, Colorado, serving as its Plant Manager for more than 20 years.
Bill’s deep-seated dedication to the welfare of children with special needs and their families is inspired by his wife Shelly’s unwavering advocacy, which spans more than two decades. Shelly's work in this field has profoundly influenced Bill, driving him to extend his leadership beyond the workplace. Together, they have become pillars in their community, championing initiatives that support children with special needs and the caregivers and service providers who play a crucial role in their lives.Bill’s leadership is marked by a strong commitment to empowering those around him, fostering a culture of empathy, inclusivity, and excellence. He ensures that Altec AIR not only excels in its industry but also contributes meaningfully to the lives of those in need. Through his work, Bill has made it his mission to provide continued support and resources to these invaluable communities, helping to create a brighter, more inclusive future for all.

Andrea Gray, President
Andrea Gray moved from Massachusetts to Colorado in 2016 and now resides in Boulder County with her husband and two boys. As a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant, Andrea has over five years of experience supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and physical disabilities. As the President of Lil' Dreams, she brings both professional expertise and a heartfelt commitment to enhancing the lives of children with special needs and their families. Andrea previously served as a student representative on the Colorado state board for the Occupational Therapy Association of Colorado (OTAC), providing her with a strong foundation in advocacy and community engagement. Her vision for Lil' Dreams is to expand access to essential services, such as therapy and respite care, while fostering inclusive community events that promote awareness and support for these children. Through Andrea’s guidance, Lil' Dreams creates a nurturing community where every child and family feels empowered, valued, and fully supported.
Stacie Williams, Treasurer
Stacie is an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of experience working in many different aspects of the field. She held numerous leadership positions managing multi-disciplinary staff in an inpatient and outpatient adult setting. For the last 20 years she has also co-managed a 24 hour veterinary referral hospital where she gained much experience in maintaining a budget, managing over 100 employees and multi-tasking to run a 24 hour practice efficiently. In 2022 she handed the reins over at the animal hospital and is now enjoying learning the art of retirement! She now has more time to spend with her teenage son and husband. They all enjoy outdoor activities and Stacie has become an avid tennis player participating on multiple teams in the USTA.
Stacie has volunteered over the years with the Special Olympics, which her father was forefront in developing the Denver, Colorado chapter. She is a current member of the advisory council for Be The Change Volunteers (BTCV), a non-profit organization dedicated to creating better education opportunities worldwide. She has also served as a consultant to their latest initiative of BTCV-SPED, identifying ways to facilitate children with special needs into educational opportunities that BTCV is serving.
She is proud to be an active member of the Lil Dreams board as she is native to Colorado and this opportunity allows her to utilize her educational background, management experience, and experience in healthcare and nonprofit entities to further develop Lil dreams. Stacie looks forward to facilitating learning and socialization opportunities for children with special needs in Colorado.
Jennifer Korb
Jennifer is a Colorado native and resides in Jefferson County with her husband and two children. Jennifer's lengthy professional career in public education as a teacher, administrator, and director of instruction has given her a deep understanding of how people learn and how to create opportunities that bring our people's strengths. Her work in the non-profit sector as a founding member of the Internet Safety Foundation, a leadership team member at Night Lights Respite Care and as the Board President at Bal Swan Children's Center has given her a solid foundation to support the Autism community. Jennifer is a connector who builds strong relationships with a focus on inclusivity. She cares deeply about the people in her community, particularly those who are neurodivergent. Her eldest son is on the autism spectrum and has an intellectual disability. From the earliest days of raising a child with a disability, Jennifer has worked to create inclusive spaces where all people are represented and feel a sense of belonging and community.
Debbie Rudin
Debbie joined Lil’ Dreams in 2024. She is a Controller for a manufacturing company in Broomfield, CO. Her years of professional experience in management and finance will be instrumental in helping to achieve Lil’ Dream’s goals. Over the years, Debbie has been an active volunteer with Parent-Teacher Associations, Big Brother Big Sisters of America, and the Boy Scouts of America. She continues to work with the newly named Scouting America to develop scouts in their leadership growth.
Debbie grew up in Texas and vacationed many years in the Colorado mountains. Her family decided to move to Colorado in 1994 and has grown here and enjoyed it ever since. Two of her children were born here and all three were educated at Colorado State University. Colorado’s great outdoors still provides great adventures for the family including her two grandchildren, also born and raised in Colorado.
Debbie is excited to be part of an organization that fills a gap in our society for children with disabilities. She looks forward to working with the exceptional team of board members with many years of experience in this field.
